COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT (CBA) CONCLUDES—FOCUS ON CONSTRUCTIVE UNION RELATIONS

ANNOUNCEMENT TO ALL MEMBERS

Dear Members,

In the spirit of transparency and responsible governance, we are pleased to share the following important Club developments:

Employee Relations

The Club successfully concluded its Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with the Club’s union on 17 July 2026, following constructive discussions between management and employee representatives.

The agreement reflects a shared commitment to fair employment terms, workplace stability, and a respectful and productive relationship between the Club
and its employees. It also provides a stronger foundation for continued cooperation and
the efficient delivery of services to members.

The Board extends its sincere congratulations to both the management and union negotiating panels for the successful conclusion of the CBA. Special recognition is given to Director Naresh Ramnani, Chairman of the CBA Committee, and General Manager Rizaldy Roda for leading the management panel, as well as to Union President Antonio Pantaleon and the rest of the Union officers for their professionalism, cooperation, and commitment throughout the negotiations.

The successful completion of the CBA is a testament to what can be achieved through mutual respect, open dialogue, and a shared commitment to the long-term welfare of both the Club and its employees.

Labor Case Matters

The Club obtained a favorable decision from the Labor Arbiter
in the labor case filed by the former managers. After reviewing the proceedings and the evidence presented, the Labor Arbiter’s findings supported the Board’s position that the concerned parties were afforded due process and that the employment actions taken were substantially justified.

The Labor Arbiter also upheld the preventive suspension of the former General Manager as lawful, recognizing that it was imposed during an ongoing investigation to protect the Club’s interests and ensure an impartial process. The complaint was accordingly dismissed for lack of merit.

Club Improvements

The renovation of the Club’s façade is ongoing as part of our continuing efforts to enhance its architectural character, safety, and overall member experience.

Through prudent cost management and the engagement of GT Stoneworks, the Club was able to extend the renovation beyond the original budgeted scope of Phase 1 to include Phase 2, which covers the section of the eaves inside the Club, facing the swimming pool. This expanded scope reflects the Board’s commitment to maximizing project value while maintaining cost efficiency. The design draws inspiration from the Club’s original architectural character, restoring its familiar and timeless identity for the benefit of present and future generations of members.

The façade renovation is being funded from the Special Assessment approved in December 2024, ensuring that the funds collected are being utilized for their intended purpose of supporting the Club’s capital improvement projects.

In addition, the upgrade and repair of the Club’s Main Lobby will commence soon. This project will likewise be funded from the December 2024 Special Assessment and forms part of the Board and Management’s continuing program to modernize and improve the Club’s facilities for the benefit of all members.

These developments reflect the Club’s steady progress and the Board and Management’s commitment to transparency, sound governance, accountability, prudent financial management, and continuous improvement.

For the Board of Directors
